  • Project and program management

As an experienced project and program manager, I support teams by bringing perspective and expertise to lead the most critical initiatives. I reimagine and challenge traditional processes in order to help them re-think, strategize and execute changes that result in growth and effectiveness. Deliverables can include:

  • Reviewing current project management processes and capabilities

  • Providing an overview of weaknesses in current processes and controls

  • Recommendations for better processes and controls

  • Support in the implementation of new tools, processes, and procedures

I help develop policy by analyzing evidence and engaging with stakeholders. I make sure to understand their issues, then quickly move to generate, develop and test new policy solutions—supporting implementation every step of the way. I will work with you to consider key decisions, including identifying the most effective way to implement policy to achieve the desired outcomes and identifying the right organizations and people to be involved.

  • Community engagement

Community engagement works best when there’s an ongoing cumulative process enabling relationships and trust to build that strengthens over time. I’m able to work with and assemble diverse community members into the conversation, whether that’s in person or in a virtual meeting.  I engage, inform, and ensure everyone’s voice is heard and acknowledged. My outreach process reflects your community's values, goals, and objectives—increasing public confidence in decision-making.

  • Facilitation

I provide an unbiased third party facilitation design and manage the process of an event to support group cohesion and effectiveness. I design and facilitate any event, including meetings, retreats, workshops, focus groups, conferences, open houses, committees.  I will work with you to assess your goals, expectations, interests, current challenges, the power dynamics of the group, and past actions.
